Announcement cape jinx completions first public release

Another tiny Emacs package made publicly available. This one offers completions-at-point extension using a spell checker. All of the heavy lifting is done by marvellous jinx.el and cape.el packages and underlying Libenchant (and your spell checker of choice libenchant wraps).
